Common Pain-Sciatica

Many people may think sciatica was a serious pain, as it affected such a big area of the body and it cannot be fixed in a short period.
The common cause was Herniated Intervertebral Disc Which affected the lumbosacral trunk (L4,L5).

Sciatica is a “symptom” caused by compression of the sciatic nerve. It is a common name used to describe a type of low back pain, not a disease name. Sciatica usually occurs when a herniated disc in the lumbar spine causes pain caused by the nerves pressing against the lumbar spine. If you want to distinguish in detail, it can be divided into the following two categories.

1.Bone compression: lumbar spinal stenosis, bone spur, disc herniation, lumbar degenerative disease, bone tumor, fracture, etc.

2.Muscle compression: trauma, or compression of gluteal muscles, thigh muscles, and calf muscles, too thin, excessive weight loss in a short period of time, so that the fat and muscle layers of the buttocks are too thin, compressing the nerves.

Generally, in the early stage of the disease, there is only occasional short-term pain in the lower limbs, and the pain will gradually expand and expand, from the waist to the buttocks and even the thighs. Pain can also change from indirect pain to persistent pain.
